Betwork Admin – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Betwork Admin software platform (“Service,” “Platform,” “Betwork Admin,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, or by paying any subscription fee, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
Betwork Admin is an administrative, organizational, and communications platform designed to allow users to send and receive information within private networks.
Betwork Admin DOES NOT:
- Provide betting advice, tips, picks, predictions, or gambling recommendations
- Facilitate, process, place, execute, or settle wagers
- Operate as a sportsbook, betting exchange, or gambling service
- Receive, transmit, or hold funds or payments of any kind
- Participate in, control, supervise, or monitor wagering activity
All information transmitted through the Platform is user-generated. Betwork Admin acts solely as a neutral technology provider.
3. Eligibility
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Are legally permitted to access and use the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction
- Are not using the Service where prohibited by law
- Are not subject to any self-exclusion, regulatory restriction, or legal prohibition related to gambling or wagering
- Accept full responsibility for determining the legality of your activities and communications
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Senders and Receivers of Information
All users may act as senders and/or receivers of information. You acknowledge and agree that:
- All content, messages, data, and communications sent or received through the Platform are your sole responsibility
- Betwork Admin does not review, verify, endorse, approve, or validate user-generated content
- You assume all risk associated with using or acting upon any information received
4.2 Legal and Platform Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, any applicable gambling or wagering laws, Telegram/Discord or other third-party platform terms, and any disclosure, licensing, or reporting obligations. Betwork Admin makes no representations regarding legal compliance.
4.3 Your Private Network
If you invite or manage participants, you agree that: participation is voluntary and requires consent; you are responsible for verifying participant age and legal eligibility; you maintain your own agreements, payouts, records, and communications; and Betwork Admin is not responsible for disputes, losses, or outcomes.
5. No Legal, Financial, or Gambling Advice
The Service does not provide legal advice, financial or investment advice, gambling advice or risk assessment, or outcome predictions/guarantees. All decisions are made at your own risk.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Betwork Admin and its owners, founders, officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, content sent/received, interactions with others, any wagering activity, violations of law/third-party terms, and automated/routed communications. This obligation survives termination and shall be interpreted as broadly as permitted by law.
7. Service Reliability & No Reliance
The Service may experience delays, interruptions, errors, outages, or technical failures. Betwork Admin does not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or availability of any information transmitted through the Platform. You acknowledge and agree that you shall not rely on the Service for time-sensitive decisions. All use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: the Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”; warranties are disclaimed; and Betwork Admin shall not be liable for direct/indirect/incidental/punitive/consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service.
9. Subscription & Billing
Fees are billed per published plan tiers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal or prohibited activity, abuse or misuse of the Service, or excessive support burden. Upon termination, all use must immediately cease.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS SECTION AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, conducted on an individual basis. You waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in any class/collective/representative proceeding. Arbitration shall take place in New York, NY unless otherwise required by law. If a court determines the class-action waiver is unenforceable, this entire arbitration provision shall be null and void.
13. Force Majeure
Betwork Admin shall not be liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
14. Severability
If any provision is held invalid/illegal/unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
15. No Partnership or Agency
Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Betwork Admin.
16. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without prior written consent. Betwork Admin may assign freely.
17. Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver.
18. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements.
19. Survival
Sections relating to indemnification, limitation of liability, service reliability, arbitration/class-action waiver, governing law, severability, and provisions which by their nature should survive shall survive termination.
