Every bet description, spread, and play you create is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption — the same standard used by banks and governments worldwide. Your data is encrypted on your device before it ever leaves your browser.
What This Means For You
Your betting plays are encrypted with a PIN that only you know. Without your PIN, the data is completely unreadable — even to us. Betwork Admin employees, database administrators, and anyone who might access our servers will only see encrypted gibberish. Your strategy stays yours.
How it works:
- Your PIN generates a unique encryption key using PBKDF2 key derivation
- All bet data is encrypted client-side before transmission
- Only you (and players you share with) can decrypt the information
- 151+ billion possible key combinations protect your data

🛡️ Two-Factor Authentication
For an extra layer of protection, Betwork Admin offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) using industry-standard TOTP (Time-based One-Time Passwords).
When enabled:
- After entering your password, you'll enter a 6-digit code from your authenticator app
- Codes change every 30 seconds, making them impossible to reuse
- Even if someone steals your password, they can't access your account without your phone
